DOMESTIC MISSIONARY PROGRAMS

Responsibility for all  Domestic Missionary Programs and Seed of Joseph    (Native American) Missionary Programs within the United States and Canada lies with General Church Regions.  There are currently seven Regions of The Church established in the United States:  Atlantic Coast, Great Lakes, Ohio Mid-West, Pacific, Penn Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest.  Region Missionary Operating Committees within each Region are responsible for missionary outreach efforts in their Region.  The Domestic Missionary Operating Committee of the Quorum of Seventy Evangelists assists Region committees with their missionary work by providing resource materials and    personnel for seminars, workshops and evangelistic services.
